The President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) is a national award established in 2003 by the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation to recognize the vital role of volunteers in strengthening communities across America. Administered by AmeriCorps and Points of Light, the program honors individuals whose dedication makes a lasting, positive impact.
