Introduction

The Inspire Love Inspire Care Foundation Food Drive is a monthly community effort dedicated to supporting institutions like New Bethlehem Place in Kirkland WA, offering shelter services for people experiencing homelessness. Each month, we provide a combination of hot meals and packaged food, offering both immediate nourishment and long-term support.
What makes this food drive unique is that all meals are designed to be kid-friendly and kids-made—simple enough for children to cook, yet thoughtful and nutritious. It’s a fun, hands-on way for young people to learn cooking skills while giving back to the community.
Every month, families or participants who sign up can customize their own menu for the shelter, adding a personal and creative touch to their donation.

Our mission is simple:

To spread love and care through food, empowering kids to be part of the solution to food insecurity while building empathy and life skills. The Inspire Love Inspire care food drive is a monthly food drive where we donate to a shelter called New Bethlehem Place and we give them hot food and packaged food. We did this so we would have a mix of short term and long term food. Everything is what a kid can make and it is a fun way to learn how to cook. The sign up for the month could customize their own menu to give to the shelter. The purpose of the food drive is to help support underprivileged people.

Our Food Drive works very simply, every month we will agree on a leader for that month. The leader will sign up for the date of their choice (mostly Sundays). As another perk, the leader gets to create the menu. Then everyone else will sign up for the items they want, make the item and drop it off at a designated location.
